We want you to love your Bowryn bag. If something doesn’t work — wrong size, wrong color, second thoughts — return it within 30 days.

The simple version

  • 30 days from delivery to return or exchange
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Return shipping is paid by you
  • Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt

How to return in 4 steps

  1. Visit your account on bowryn.com → orders → select the item
  2. Choose refund or exchange
  3. Print the return label
  4. Ship within 15 days

Exchanges are free

If the new item costs more, we send a payment link for the difference. If less, we refund the difference. No restocking fee.

Damaged or wrong items received

Email hello@bowryn.com with photos + order number. We cover return shipping AND ship a replacement at no cost.

How long does my refund take?

Once we receive your return: 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your card. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for standard returns.

Common questions

Can I return on day 31?
Sorry, no. 30 days from delivery is strict.

Can I exchange for a different color?
Yes, free exchange same price.

Final sale items?
Currently none. Future limited drops may be marked as final sale — clearly stated at purchase.

What if my package was lost?
Email hello@bowryn.com with tracking showing no movement for 7+ days. We’ll send a replacement.
