Our policy in one paragraph
We want you to love your Bowryn bag. If something does not work - wrong size, wrong color, second thoughts - return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by you. Refunds process within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item.
How to start a return
- Visit your account page on bowryn.com
- Select your order and item
- Choose: refund or exchange
- Print the return label and ship within 15 days
What qualifies for return
- Tags attached to the bag
- Original packaging present (polybag, dust bag if included)
- No signs of use, no stains, no odor
- Within 30 days of delivery date
Exchanges
Free at no extra cost. If the new item costs more, we will send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.
Damaged or wrong items received
Email hello@bowryn.com with photos and order number. We will cover return shipping and ship a replacement at no cost.
Final sale items
Currently no items are final sale. Limited edition drops in the future may be marked as final sale - clearly stated at the time of purchase.
