Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only — all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. International shipping is being evaluated for 2027.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Express Shipping: 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — Standard Shipping is free on orders over $120 USD.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1pm CST Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, ship the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by you. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Visit your account page on bowryn.com, select your order and item, choose refund or exchange, print the return label and ship within 15 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay return shipping for standard returns. We cover it for damaged or wrong items.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, free at no extra cost. If the new item costs more, we will send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.
Pre-order & Launch
When does Bowryn launch?
September 28, 2026. Pre-orders are open now on the Early Access page.
Can I pre-order now?
Yes. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when Drop 1 ships. Early Access members get 15% off with code EARLYBIRD15.
What does “Drop 1” mean?
Drop 1 is our first collection — five pieces designed to cover any moment. After Drop 1 we will release additional drops periodically rather than seasonal collections.

How do I choose the right bag?
See our Sizing Guide for full dimensions and use cases. For laptop carry: The Tote fits 16", The Slouch fits 14".
Can I see exact dimensions?
Yes, full specs are on each product page. Quick reference: The Tote 33×33×18 cm (22L), The Slouch 32×28×18 cm (18L), The Shoulder Bag 30×22×7 cm (8L), The Mini Slouch 31×17×8 cm (6L), The Pouch 23×16×6 cm (1.5L).
What colors are available?
Drop 1 launches in two colors: Black and Cream. Additional colors will follow in future drops.
Do you make other products?
Currently bags only. We focus on what we make well.
Materials & Care
What materials are your bags made of?
Premium technical nylon. The Pouch has a silver metallic finish. Hardware is brass-finish (gold finish on The Pouch). No animal products. Read more on our Materials page.
Are your bags water-resistant?
Yes. The nylon is water-resistant and handles light rain without issue. We do not recommend full submersion.
How should I care for my Bowryn bag?
Spot clean with damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry away from direct heat. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Store stuffed when not in use. See our Care Guide for full instructions.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, email hello@bowryn.com and we will do our best. Once shipped, changes go through standard return.
