Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $9 USD flat rate
Free shipping: on orders over $120 USD

Processing time

Orders placed before 1pm CST Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, ship the next business day.

Delivery time

3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit (no movement for 7+ days) or arrives damaged, email hello@bowryn.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or process a full refund.

Address changes

If your order has not shipped yet, email us with your order number and new address - we will update if possible. Once shipped, address changes are subject to USPS policies.
