Products

We make best efforts to display product colors, dimensions, and details accurately. Slight variations between product photography and actual product can occur due to materials, lighting, and screens. If you receive an item that significantly differs from the description, see our Returns Policy.

Pricing

All prices in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Once you place an order, the price at the time of order is the final price.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion (including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If we cancel your order after payment, we will process a full refund within 3-5 business days.

All content on bowryn.com (text, photos, designs, logos, brand name "Bowryn") is owned by Bowryn LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User conduct

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bowryn LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County under AAA rules.
